exercise regularly, it helps to gain physical fitness and also makes blood flow
better and oxygen to your eyes. This can help to decrease dry eyes.
Protect from
UV rays: UV rays which comes from sun are very dangerous. It harmful to your
body as well as damage the eye health, so wear sunglasses to protect from the
rays.
Take breaks:
The American Optometric Association (AOA) saying that if you spend more time
looking at a screen, such as a computer or smartphone, take a break and look
twenty feet away every twenty minutes for twenty seconds at a time. It prevents
eye strain, which can cause eye fatigue, headaches, neck tension and decreased
vision.
Don't smoke:
We all know that smoking slowly kills your health in many ways. It raises

Hygiene: Wash your face regularly. Keep cosmetics and other chemicals out of the eyes. If you wear contacts, clean them properly.
